4 homes on 1 lot comps
Hey everyone,,
I've been looking at a quadplex, in Michigan, that has 4 separate small homes on one parcel / lot / tax ID ... At first my lender didn't think it would be possible to finance without a commercial license&loan type deal, but after some research on the property and loan guidelines he informed us it could be done, however, he needs at least one "recent comparable property" to grant the exception. He personally has not seen another setup like this before so I'm losing hope in the deal.
Does anybody know of other properties like this one? 4 separately metered homes on one piece of land...
At the moment I'm not sure how much info on a comp he would need, but any help would be greatly appreciated!
