How can I get this deal done?
I looking to get into a house hacking deal in NY. As I went to Get pre approved for a 203k loan, my mortgage broker told me that the taxes were too high and I won't get approval based on dti. Is there any other way I could possibly get this deal done with low money down? Maybe a private money situation then refinance into a conventional loan in 1 year? Idk what do you think?
