Funding first multi-unit investment
So I'm taking the plunge with my first real investment property in South Carolina and wondering what the rest of you do for financing these. I'm working with a commercial mortgage broker at my bank but I figure there's probably a far better way that I might be missing. Private money lenders I've spoken to so far only do short term (1-3 years) financing for anything above 4 units.
