ok so I'm ready to purchase my 3rd multifamily home and the problem I'm facing is I'm about 6k short of my reserves. the mortgage company said I need 6 month mortgages for all 3 multifamily home and my primary.I was wondering if anyone had any tips how to get the extra money I would need to get the loan.
