Investing in Fitchburg MA

Is anyone in Massachusetts investing in Fitchburg? Seems to have some cheap properties but not familiar with the market.

I have great fix and flip buy for SFR in Fitchburg..$148.9...over 1200 sf with only 2 bed1 bath so expansion possibilities within the same footprint. Also has a full basement with a walk out access which can have an added bedroom and or bath. If anyone is interest please contact me
