Hi! We're looking for recommendations for multifamily commercial brokers in the Watertown, NY area. Looking to potentially offer on our first commercial apartment building (12 units - stabilized) there and would like the guidance and relationship of a broker for that process. @Joseph Firmin you're willing to bring a broker into the deal even if they didnt find and offer them a commission. I don't understand that model. If they found the deal, then so be it. If not then it's a free payday for them
