So I’m looking at investing into a multi-family duplex, or renting rooms out. Where do you guys find good deals on properties? Also what can you reccomend i listen to so I have a better understanding of how do to this?

@Matthew Reum there are all sorts of ways to find good deals. The best way for me, by far, has been networking with brokers, agents, other investors, wholesalers, etc. As far as what to listen to.... Listen to the BP Podcast! There is all sorts of information on different topics - renting rooms and investing in duplexes being one of them. Hope this helps

Reach out to brokers. Let them know what you are looking for and keep searching. I would be happy to help you find a great deal if you were interested in investing out of state! If brokers have buyers, they will not hold back good deals.
