"Soft" money Is it a real option?
Recently, I had been shopping for a 30 year mtg on rental property. The LTV could be as high as 85% if the cash flow was solid. After getting halfway into it, I was told it was only for purchases 750K or more - not really good for me or the geographic I was looking at. Has anyone else had this happen?
