Neighbor breaking CC&R rules
I'm building a 1700 sq ft house on a lot with CC&R restrictions. I'm well inside of CC&R but my neighbor who I have never met and currently lives out of town is planning to build a duplex which is not allowed. He has made it as far as a permitting. I have done what I can to notify him in case he doesn't know. My question is what can I do to stop it if he continues to move forward. I'm not a big fan of a duplex next door. In my area they tend to get run down and are usually not maintained well. There is no HOA.
