Saniflow system in apartment building

I recently bought an elementary school that we are renovating into apartments. The toughest part about the renovation is going to be cutting out 500-ish LF of concrete to install underground plumbing in the new units. As I was digging for alternative solutions this “Saniflow toilet system” has popped up. Has anyone used this system?

I have talked to plumbers and talked to the Saniflow rep but haven’t run into anyone that has actually used this system. Any feedback from people who have used/seen this system would be appreciated!

@Rob Hoffman

If the rep cannot give you anyone that has used it that is a big warning sign.

We joked in college as a civil engineer you only need to know sht flows downhill and you cannot push on a rope.

Any type of ejector or pump systems will increase maintenance significantly and create problems in the future.

My recommendation would be to bite the bullet and go conventional way.
