Finding Investing Partners
My partner and myself are getting ready to start a large development in Kitsap county, which is currently blowing up as people move in from Seattle and California. We are looking to find limited partners willing to help the initial permit/application process with the state in order to rezone the land for construction. I was wondering where people have had success finding partners willing to take on a new construction project? Most likely we would be staging the build of 44 homes into two phases. Completing 15-20 homes in the first phase and then building the remaining homes after the first lot has sold. But either way we are need of some serious investors and have not been able to find a good point of contact thus far. Any advice helps!
