Investing in Land
Hi BP colleagues,
I'm new to investing and wanted to get some feedback from investors who have invested in land before. Does anyone have experience in purchasing land below the assessed value and selling to a local developer? How did this transaction go for you? Any pointers or things to look out for? I'm thinking of purchasing land that the owner seems to want to get rid of at a really Low price. I'm thinking of either holding for a while and building a home there to sell later or selling to a local contractor who does new construction in the area. Any helpful feedback would be appreciated.
