Barn home construction
I was wondering if anyone out there has experience in Barn Home construction. I have an opportunity to develop a 20 acre parcel in Shelby County Ky. I’m thinking 4 or 5 parcels with Barn Homes. What should I be expecting to pay in construction costs. I have looked at some of the kit homes but there has to be a more cost effective way to build them. $40 a square foot for a shell seems a bit steep. I’d like to keep total cost no more than $75 per square foot.
