New 4 plex construction cost for Houston Texas
Has anyone looked into the cost to develop a community of four plex units that can be individually owned but collectively managed?
The market would be for smaller investors that can buy a four plex and share maintenance cost for common areas as well as management fees.
I wish I could do this myself.
