Cost of Gravel bed 10X20X4.5feet for water management?

I am building a house, the county needs a onsite water management. I need a 10X20X4.5  feet Gravel bed.

Does any one know how much it cost? Gravel size 1 to 3in stone.

My project is north Atlanta suburb.
