Need help analyzing a deal
Hello,
I am looking to purchase from a wholesaler $150k cash for a duplex that each unit rents for $725/monthly. 8% cap. After closing I would refinance and pull out up to 80% ltv. Happy to share location and get any feedback as I’m an out of state investor not familiar with Milwaukee market.
