Local groups, resources, GC partnering
My husband and I are just getting started in our real estate investing pursuits. My husband does general contracting and is interested in partnering with other investors in the area. Would anybody be able to recommend local groups? Also with the Seattle market being so hot I prefer to do future investing out of state and I'm curious if there are any recommended groups for that? We are both trying to further our real estate investing education. Obviously I listen to BP, plus we like Jason Hartman, Pace Morby, etc.... It seems as though everyone is trying to sell programs or mentorships and giving out bits and pieces of information/opinions/strategies to the point of us feeling overwhelmed. Anyone gotten beyond this point and weeded through and found a great resource they could recommend?
