Freelance REI Assistant ? Virtual or Local
I'm hoping investors using an assistant or considering one will give me some insight. I have considered the idea of being a freelance real estate assistant. Before I market my services, I would like to know, do you think this is worthwhile? What would you utilize someone like this for?
Cost being per job (one time or repeat) at a rate on par with admin assistant hourly pay, and available locally
