Wholesale investing sorrows.
Hi all, I'm new to BP and totally new to the investing world. I first set out to be a scout or bird dog for properties and search for investors. Thanks to BP I have located a investor. Due to my ignorance of real estate I've learned the best way to accomplish my goal is to become a Wholesale Investor. I've watched tons of video's in attempt to learn. A couple of "How To" webinars just to learn that they are all just trying to sale a product which I can't afford until I make some money from real estate. I mean I looking to make money not spend money.
Any way, I located a really nice lake front home in my area at a reasonable price. Contacted the real estate agent and said I'd like to draw up a resale contract just to be told no, my investors would need to contact them because I'm not a real estate agent. Which would cut out my fee. My question is, is this common? Can I expect the same reply from all real estate agents?
