Investing in not your home state
I'd like to get started investing in SFR away from my home state of ND. What's the best way to get started? I have 2 rental houses locally that are working very well but I dont want too many in the same town. I've never worked with a property manager and quite frankly a little terrified of the thought of a total stranger managing a home. Any suggestions?
