What Market Indicators sit high on your list when choosing to invest in certain markets? Does the indicators change depending on certain locations you're looking at?

I think looking at population, job and income growth in an area are three great ways to determine the robustness of a market when paired together :)

On top of what Colton said, I look at relative median income growth, capital investments from the city into targeted neighborhoods, capital allocated towards safety measures and other governmental positions.
