HELOC 95% LTV on your rental unit

Any help in identifying mortgage lenders who can do 95% LTV on your rental unit ?

Don't even think you can get that LTV on a primary home. Good luck.

In my experience, Paul is right. You can't even get that high LTV on your primary. But if anybody could push the limit it would be a local credit union vs a big bank.

Try Granite State CU, which was going up into the 90% range a few months ago. Bellweather is another option. Figure might still go to 80%. Quorum might be another in the 80% range.
