Investors - What are your preferences?
What makes deals most attractive to repeat investors? Time and efficiency, location, budget constraints... I know these are all considerations but assuming multiple properties are available to you, what are some of the biggest determining factors that draw you as investors to particular properties?
There's only two:
1 - How fast can I get my cash back. My cash is my cost...my TOTAL cost. The loan is paid for by my tenant. I need this back within 5-7 years.
2 - How fast can I get my equity from appreciation to equal the equity I paid for (the DP).
