Hey BP,

Just trying to gauge today's market and wanted to know how much cents on a dollar (you know like the 70% or 80%) are investors in the area are buying for?

I tried my best to word this question in a comprehensive manner, but let me know if you know!

@Jaleen Anderson What do you think a dollar is worth??

This is a problem I see with the markets and one reason we haven't bought lately. The interest rates sky rocketed up and now we're seeing a lot price reductions. As a buy and hold investor I'm going sit back and enjoy my popcorn. When the numbers, location, and strategy for a property make sense I'll make an offer. We missed the mark a few times last year but maybe it was for the better.

@Jaron Walling so are you just waiting to the rates take a dip and then strike? Basically buying low?

@Jaleen Anderson Interest rate is just one factor for an investment. It's not going to dip anytime soon. Prices are already dipping though. The 20 bids over asking buying frenzy is over.
