My wife and I invest in NJ and a year ago moved to Arizona. Now we are investing in both markets. We are south jersey right outside of Philadelphia. It looks like you up north.
Anyway what type of investing do you do or are you interested in doing?
Hey Justin! Some in NJ and some out of state, mostly looking out of state currently but if a deal works than it works! How about you after moving to Arizona do you like that market better?

Hey Andy - I'm based out of Monmouth County and run a networking group out of Belmar/Neptune City. I've got a SFR and have done some fix and flip and managed small multi's. I'm also a CPA and RE agent. Starting to shift my focus to medium sized multi's and commercial properties (25-100 units).

Hello, I live in California but invest in a few propertiesi n Camden, NJ. I am in the process of selling one of them now. I am concerned about the others as well. I have a tenant in two other properties that are not paying rent. My property managers have not decided to file for eviction until now and it has been three months since rent was collected. IN one of the properties the bathroom needs to be remodeled. New tub, and flooring only. But I am not willing to make any repairs untiol at least two months back rent is paid. I am also thinking about selling the house.
