Does anyone invest with Fundrise?
Read an article on Morning Brew this morning regarding Fundrise, with some impressive stats. As a newer investor, what does the Bigger pockets community think about Fundrise and if you don't invest there, where do you?
I do have Fundrise's Flagship real estate fund in my portfolio. Its not a large part of my portfolio but I listened to a podcast with the founder, Benjamin Miller and I was very impressed with his approach to streamlining investment real estate to the common investor. The risk is lower, the return is also lower and its not cash like in traditional real estate investing but I do believe it is healthy to have them in your portfolio.
