Land Ownership Transfer & Tax Lien

Hi Everyone, My Uncle recently passed away and my Aunt told me about 2 small lots of land they have in El Paso TX. She told me I can have them, so I did some research and found out they haven't paid taxes on the properties since 2012. What would be the easiest way to sign over ownership of the land and the correct forms to use since they are both listed as owners?

You will inherit this once you own the property. Easiest way is to do this with a title company
