Also, what are the steps to refinance a property that is purchased at the tax sales into a 15 or 20 yr note?

Foreclosure auctions are listed in legal notices but today half of them don’t end up going through because borrower files bankruptcy

The first Tuesday of every month is when foreclosure property get auctioned off. Call your county and ask for location information. I would call pre foreclosures and figure out a situation before the auction date
