Are there any good resources for real estate lists to find deals near Salt Lake City?

In the search for a property near or around SLC, I've noticed anything touching the MLS is getting a lot of attention if it's halfway decent. Are there good sources for lists used to find deals (e.g. Delinquent Property Tax, Foreclosure, pre-Foreclosure, expired listing, etc).

Looking for reliable paid or unpaid resources.

Thanks,

Hey Josh, as an investor/realtor I am always connecting and reaching out to other investors and that is where I find most of my deals and leads. I suggest starting there. You can also start looking for some foreclosures, I have seen a few coming through. As far as the MLS I have noticed the market picking up when representing my clients but there are still some good deals out there.

MLS has been pretty slow still and the good properties are going quick. Id recommend getting on a bunch of wholesaler email chains where they send you off market properties.
