Any recomendations for an attorney to file suit against seller who did not  disclose known foundation damage?

Buyer Beware. That said, did the seller provide a property disclosure? If so, can you prove the seller knew about it but didn't disclose? Or, did the contract not require a property disclosure (in which case, "buyer beware")?
