Rental Property Software suggestions

I am in the process of upgrading rental property software. Currently i am using Quicken Property. that was fine with one or two. i currentlly havw 14 propertys (single family, 2 4plex). What recomendations should i consider? My plan wou;d be to grow to 30+.

I recommend Baselane or RentRedi if you are self-managing LTRs and pairing it with QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping, since you plan to grow.
