Hello Everyone. I am starting new this year. My ultimate goal is to replace my full time job with REI hopefully starting with one Rental Property. While I am researching and learning how to "get started" my wife and I have been discussing having her do an online her Real Estate license course. I heard Kaplan University was a pretty good one.. I would like to hear your thoughts on this? Good Idea? Thank you very Much... David
The decision to get a real estate license is a good one. There are many excellent real estate license schools that offer online courses. I have evaluated 3 in particular and would be glad to forward the information to you. Please send a PM message.
Because every person learns differently, it is a good idea to check around before making a decision. The school you ultimately choose is an important decision because continuing education courses are required for licensees when it is time to renew.
@David Hamm Great question....I have the same question except I am the one wanting my license.
@Victoria Winters if you are willing to share the same information with me it would be greatly appreciated.
Online classes at my own pace is my preference!
My other question is I am not sure which state to get my license in due to I have a contract for deed in Illinois and my husband has purchased a home in Missouri, should I get license in both states?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions BP fans!
