Hello all, just curious if anyone has experience withh recent experience in Holiday Park in Scottsdale, Az? We are SFR investors, but probably a year ago looked into MF but never really found anything worthwhile. Ever so often I saw MFs pop up in Scottsdale and was surprised especially based on the price, then I drove by them and it made sense; broken down cars and trash. But then I ran some rough numbers and it didn't make sense for another reason, low ROI! Why does that area command such a price all things considered? How is it to manage? Based on the location is there hope it will become nice? Just curious.
