financing, How bad can it be??
hey a question ,,, looking at reos that are thrashed (the cheap ones any way) does any one know what the guide lines are to get it financed with a NOO loan with 30% down,, as opposed to having to pay all cash
where is that line where a bank will finance it vs not :D
