VA Loan Atlanta GA
I just put a brand new house under contract using a VA loan. I am wanting to rent it out verses living in property. My thought are create an LLC that I sell the property to. The questions are can I immediately sell a newly purchased property under VA loan without living it? If so than I should be able to turn around and turn property into rental.
Next thought is I would go back and use a VA loan again to purchase another property. If I am able to do, do I then need to show mortgage companies that I an float both mortgages?
