Getting Started in REI: Should I get my brokers license?
This is my first BP discussion topic, as I recently made the decision that I want to start investing in RE and am starting my self-education!
Would it be worth it to get my brokers license? The pros I see are: More RE education, access to the MLS, and potentially taking out an additional middle-man in making deals. Maybe I'm being naive, but I would love to hear this community's opinion on if it's worth it and the pros/cons.

Note: I plan on REI on the side while I continue to work my full-time job in tech until my business(es) are strong enough.
