Real Estate license, to do or do not, that is my question.
I know this HAS to have come up a number of times, so I'm sorry in advance. Im a pilot living in FL and am new to all things real estate. In an effort to educate myself i started an online real estate licensing course (found a groupon for pretty cheap), but the more I listen and learn I feel like I may be burning my time and money. Putting in all the work is no small feat (as I'm sure some are aware), but is it a worthwhile endeavor? Will I have access to resources I wouldn't have had otherwise? Am I learning things I couldn't learn from a forum or investment book, or something thats better learned through experience?
