Need some financing steps
Hello all! I am fresh to the real estate investing world and I just had some questions on financing a flip or rental. Basically what I am looking for is a step by step guide to the financing process. If anybody could provide something like that it would be extremely helpful. A couple other questions. Do I find a lender prior to any searching for a house or complex? Also, if needing repairs are the contractor expenses included in the loan for the property or is that something that would be done through a different loan or refiancing?
