Would anyone be interested in buying I BUY HOUSES t-shirts?
Not sure if this is allowed, but if so I thought I'd share. I had shirts made for advertising "I BUY HOUSES." I've gotten plenty of leads off this grass roots marketing idea. I've also given some out to my family and friends. If someone asks them about the shirt, they give my contact info. I'm not taking orders, but gauging interest on BP.
The shirts are made in the US and I'll be recruiting the help of my 8 yr old daughter for processing, packaging, etc.
Estimated cost is $20 ea plus a few bucks for shipping.
