Corporate Condo Rentals, CHBO success?
Hey ya'll, I had a few conversations with a friend (not here in Bigger Pockets) who has a studio condo in Seattle and SF that she exclusively does Corporate Rentals on. She has found this to be pretty profitable for her. I'm tempted with doing this in Austin since Condos are fairly affordable. I'm really just looking in the marketing doing research. Nothing serious yet. Curious if anyone on here has had success with doing small condos used for Corporate housing? Would love to hear your experiences and stories.
