I don’t see many Southern New Jersey investors on here. I manly wholesale in Camden County and surrounding areas and it is usually out of town investors contacting me. Not that it’s an issue but I would like to work with people so I can see and work with closely. That’s including other wholesalers, contractors, investors and agents.
