Trying to narrow down the MLS selections - where do I start?
I am a real estate agent in Las Vegas. I have recently started working with an investor from China that would like to purchase investment properties here. He is open to any area of the city (including Las Vegas, Henderson, and North Las Vegas), and would like to buy multiple properties. As an agent I have access to the MLS - is there a way to easily narrow down the number of properties to review? I have already limited it by his price point, number of bedrooms, and HOA fees. After I remove properties that have been on the market for a long-time I'm still left with almost 300 properties. Any suggestions? Thanks
