Need advice for IRA LLC Facilitator

Hi, I'm new here. I would like to sign up for Self-directed IRA as an IRA LLC as a Trust to purchase real estate.I would like to know if anyone has any suggestion to an IRA LLC facilitator or has anyone done this? Thank you.
