I am an investor in Ohio and Wisconsin and have 5 properties over there. I am looking for a personal umbrella policy which should cover more than 2 states. I tried calling up few companies but there was no luck. The problem seems to be finding an agent who is licensed in both states. Also I want a policy with no cap on the number of properties. I personally live in Iowa. Any one who can shed some more light?
@Aarti Bambha Our group insurance agent can work in both States. Let me know if you are still looking for contact.
Thank you Harjeet.
@Aarti Bambha there are several Personal Unbrellas with a limit of 25 locations, 100 units. After that, you will need to get a Commercial Umbrella.
I have a policy with State Farm and it covers my properties in multiple states.
I've been really pleased with my Amica policies so far. I'm in Texas, so YMMV, but they're fantastic about walking you through various scenarios.
Thank you Elizabeth Goff. Really appreciate.
Thank you Michelle Hart. Really appreciate. Will definitely give a try.
