Depends on the ask from the buyer. If they didn't give you a specific time window, than in theory they can walk away at any time since technically you've reopened negotiations.

Both @Eric Armstrong and @James Masotti are correct! If you're in a traditional agreement of sale there should be a specific time period for when the inspection needs to occur, how many days you have (buyer) to request repairs, and how long you (seller) has to provide feedback on requests. It's not always clearly stated when repairs have to be completed by but often along with the repair requests comes a request for proof of repairs.
