I’ve inherited a property that was once used to rent mobile homes. There are four “lots” set up with all utilities, driveways, and now att fiber internet availability. Right now I have two of the four leased, only renting out the land. I’m considering building new construction rentals on the other two and work towards building more. There is seventeen total acres. I know of someone who built similar houses, in a worse location and area, that had them full before they finished and still are. I have gotten my figures and I can build finished move in ready for 58k, two bed one bath. Rent for 750-800. Based on all the info what would be some questions you would have or maybe things I haven’t thought of. Please let me know what you think.
