Is this a good deal?
I have a friend who’s mother just passed. He’d been taking care of her for the past decade. He owns the property with his brother who now wants to sell the property and cash out. I want to know how to calculate it was good investment to take over the property from my friend? I know that there’s opportunity here to flip the property. Please advise.
