Interviewing an experienced investor

1 Reply

I am brand new to real estate investing and I am going to be interviewing an experience investor. He lives in San Francisco, California area and his life changed after taking a Dale Carnegie real estate course. He is an apartment investor and is around 70 years old.

What questions do think would be good to ask for being extremely fresh to the real estate world?

@Dru Kenny

That sounds like a great opportunity.

Just sit back and listen. He will likely tell you everything he has done. Listen to the Bigger Pockets podcast for questions to ask to dig deeper.
