Washington State Public Records
I just got started REI in Washington state and when I tried requesting public records (Divorces, Probates, delinquent taxes, etc.) Washington state law states that one cannot use these lists for commercial purposes. Does anybody live in Washington that has had experience with this? Does this mean that I cannot get the list and contact the people on it to see if they are interested in selling their house? I'm not sure exactly what this means.
