Single Family Homes vs Condos?

So I always hear people talking about investing in Single Family Homes but I rarely hear any talk about condos. Why is this? Is this because SFH product is much more in demand? What are the pros and cons to both?

@Yaldho Manoj , condos have HOA fees, which tend to kill the profitability. Special assessments can wipe out months or years of income. Additionally, many condo associations limit the percentage of units that can be rented and/or how long they can be rented for (e.g. 1 or 2 years).
